I believe we are perfect, each one of us. That means we all have the potential to stay health in body and mind. The point is that each one of us has a different background. Some have built up muscles, some are very flexible, some are tall, some have an injury etc.
That's why we must know one thing D'ONT FORCE YOURSELF. Just go to the point where your body blocks itself and return to the central position. Once you are aware of your body as a whole then you will fill your inner strenght and you will be able to get into each position deeper and deeper.
Be aware that making a little movement (a turn or a bent) in the right way is very useful already.
